Strategic studies and sector reviews
Forest sector development requires various types of strategic studies, often on new and emerging issues. Broader policy and national forest program processes as well as broader programming exercises frequently require specific sector reviews assessing the sector development situation, identifying key issues and bottlenecks and proposing solutions to identified problems.
