Heidi Hirviaho, Secretary, has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Satakunta Polytechnic (2003). She has also studied Multilingual Management Assistant at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.

She is responsible for providing daily secretarial and assistant services at the Indufor office. She is fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish and competent in German.
