Marcel Vroege, Head of Forest Industry Consulting of Indufor Asia Pacific, holds an Executive MBA from Waikato University, New Zealand (2000) and a degree in Wood Science (B Sc Hons) from Bangor University, North Wales (1992).
Marcel Vroege specialises in the analysis of solid and reconstituted wood products industries and markets in the Asia Pacific region. Areas of special interest and expertise include organisational development, business strategies, cost competitiveness assessments, location assessments, and reputation assessments of both companies and products. Mr Vroege has been engaged in numerous assignments within China, assisting both Chinese domestic industries and international companies. Marcel Vroege has worked on projects throughout the world, including company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic assessments, market reviews and business analysis, delivery chain analysis, feasibility and cost competitiveness studies, and marketing and business strategies. Marcel Vroege has undertaken assignments throughout the Asia Pacific region, Africa, and North and South America.
