Nelson Gapare, Senior Consultant - Resource Mapping, holds an M.B.A. from Massey University, New Zealand (2006), a Postgraduate Diploma in Resource Studies from Lincoln University, New Zealand (1999) and a Diploma in Forestry Management from the Zimbabwe College of Forestry (1993).
Nelson Gapare’s experience includes forest inventory, land use and land use change on local and national scales, using GIS and remote sensing. He has been involved with the development of the geospatial system and mapping components of carbon analysis systems in New Zealand and South America.
He is fluent in English and Shona.
