Forest Resource Assessment Specialist

Olli Leino, Forest Resource Assessment Specialist, holds a master’s degree in forest mensuration and management (M.Sc. For.) from the University of Helsinki (2006).
Olli Leino is specialised in forest resource assessments and forest asset valuations. His main expertise is on GIS-systems, sampling methods, remote sensing and land use planning. He has competence also in monitoring related to reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD). In recent years, Leino has worked on several projects in Europe, Mozambique, China and Russia.
He is fluent in Finnish and English.
